North East Part Exchange Centre were helpful because the transaction with Richard and Ashley was perfect, they were very friendly and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy and wanted to help in any way they could. When a problem occurred after the sale, Richard went out of his way to make sure it was resolved as quickly and smoothly as he could, to my satisfaction.

North East Part Exchange Centre were great because richard made the purchase so easy considering we was travelling from the south of the country. The car was amazing and Richard explained everything to me regarding paperwork and all aspects of the car. Overall I was very impressed with the service of the garage, the car and the price. It was definitely worth the trip!

From Curtis who dealt with me professionally and courteously, to Richard the owner who i messaged several times on what's app and he always replied ( he was on holiday and I wasn't aware otherwise I wouldn't have messaged him) to Ashley who arranged deluvery/warranty/ money transfers.
